Jennifer and Brian’s story began at Grand Valley. It happened a little bit like this: Brian was visiting a friend who lived in Jennifer’s dorm at the time. The two of them met and that was it. They just clicked! Within the first few months, they knew their connection was something stronger than just friendship. As time passed, Jennifer found herself living in North Carolina and Brian was in Cleveland. Despite the long distance, the two continued growing more and more in love with one another. Flash forward 9 years later, Jennifer and Brian are embarking on a new journey together as husband and wife.
I was lucky enough to capture their engagement session and wedding ceremony, both of which were held in beautiful downtown Lake Orion, Michigan. They got married on one of the hottest days of the summer, and to make things even more interesting, the electric grid at the hall was overloaded so much that they lost power. What do you do while all of this is going on? Why not go outside and take some amazing photos? 🙂 Thanks to the quick thinking of JSabol Entertainment, a generator was secured quickly, and the celebration continued. The dance floor was packed throughout the night. The heat and power mishaps never stopped anyone from having a blast!
